SHIPPING POLICY

FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. No minimum purchase is required.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Most products are made to order after you purchase.
- Production: about 3-6 business days
- Shipping: about 4-8 business days
- Estimated total: about 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control can affect them.

Some items, such as personalized or custom orders, have different production times. When an item is different, it is listed on that product's page, and the product page applies to that item.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Some items may be made and shipped by different fulfillment partners. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because every item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, size or color choices, or personalization errors made at checkout. Please review product descriptions, sizing, personalization, and your order before you buy.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item (and of the packaging, if it was damaged in shipping)

We will review each case and send a replacement at no charge. In most cases you do not need to return the item.

PERSONALIZATION & ORDER CHANGES
Please report wrong personalization, size, or color as soon as possible. Changes may be possible before production begins. Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.
