These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Anchored in Faith & Family website and purchases made through our online store.

About Our Store
Anchored in Faith & Family LLC is a U.S.-based, female Navy veteran-owned small business offering Christian apparel, gifts, personalized products, keepsakes, faith-centered resources, and related merchandise.
Many of our physical products are produced or fulfilled after an order is placed.
U.S. Orders Only
At this time, Anchored in Faith & Family sells and ships physical products within the United States only.
We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders, unless a specific product, promotion, or checkout notice expressly states otherwise.
Made-to-Order Products
Many products sold by Anchored in Faith & Family are made to order.
Because production begins after an order is placed, customers should carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, personalization details, and shipping information before completing an order.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, printing process, garment color, or production method.
Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for entering personalization information accurately.
Please carefully review names, dates, spelling, capitalization, and other requested information before submitting your order.
Personalized products are created according to the information submitted with the order. We generally cannot replace an item because of an error in personalization information supplied by the customer.
If the mistake was made by Anchored in Faith & Family or one of our production partners, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Production and Shipping
Estimated production and shipping times may be displayed on individual product pages.
Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur because of production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because many of our products are made specifically after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, changing your mind, or providing incorrect personalization information.
However, we want you to receive the product you ordered in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered because of a production error, please contact us within the time period stated in our current Shipping & Returns Policy.
We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, or other information reasonably necessary to review the issue.
Eligible claims may be resolved through a replacement or other appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately.
Because products may be produced using different printing, embroidery, manufacturing, or fulfillment processes, minor variations may occur.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, or other mistakes and to update product information when necessary.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, bundles, promotional offers, and product availability may change without notice.
Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to additional terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
Digital Products
Digital products, when offered, are intended for the purchaser's personal use unless the applicable product listing expressly grants additional rights.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, digital purchases generally cannot be returned after delivery or access except where required by applicable law.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
